Preventing Falls Tool Kit

Preventing Falls Together: A Population Health Tool Kit (2nd Edition) is an action-oriented resource containing a wealth of information to help regional coalition members and provincial partners take action on incorporating falls prevention activities into the daily lives of older adults.
